founder of i-SPY, and a graduate
from Hofstra University, is the author of four
editions of $18 and UNDER. After briefly writing for
Foodline.com, Marc wrote Under the Table for
Philadelphia City Paper and Philadelphia Style
magazine. He has guest lectured to hospitality students at
The Restaurant School and Drexel University in
Philadelphia. Founded in 2002, i-SPY
was created with the goal of providing objective quality
assurance mystery shopper services—from the guest's
perspective.
